They should have run the race earlier. I doubt that there will be a Japanese Grand Prix this year. I guess they said the organizers turned down two opportunities to move the race up to avoid the typhoon.

They should just do all the races in the typhoon area (best name I cold think of) first, so they wouldn't have this problem

I did stay up till 2 am, but in Europe (CET). It's now 8:22 am here and the sleep was decent enough, but damn this rain.

Still better than having them start early as they were discussing, then the race would be over by the time most of us got up.
